Karl Inge Tangen is head of research at the Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology, an institution where he also served as dean for a long period.

Karl Inge is a Cand Philol from the Norwegian School of Theology, Religion and Society. He has a doctorate in theology and management from the same institution. He focuses on value-based leadership, practical theology, as well as culture and social analysis in his research.
