Bente is an entrepreneur and former college lecturer at the Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology.

She currently works with social networking and social work in a church context. In addition, Bente is in the process of establishing a neutral call service in Grønland Oslo, for people who need someone to talk to in a difficult life situation. She is also preparing to establish a creative café based on short-distance organic food in connection with the call center.
