Thomas Dorg
Thomas Dorg is the Executive Director for Coretta & Martin Luther King Institute for Peace. He is the initiator and founder of the institute.
Thomas has a Masters degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford. He has more than twenty years of experience with conflict work, mediation, mentoring, academic teaching, developing innovative projects and solutions to social problems, facilitating peace processes as well as developing academic study programs within the areas of culture and conflict on bachelor and master level. He has extensive experience with migration, gangs and extremism on individual and group level. Thomas was head of crime preventive programs in the Red Cross for a longer period, and has mentored and guided groups and leaders in the social sector, asylum sector, private sector as well as public sector. Thomas has experience as a leader in both private and public sector and he has handled demanding organizational processes in Norway and abroad.
